All on 4

Implant-supported denture

The Implant Supported Denture is widely known as “All On 4” and “All On 6” as it refers to having all teeth on 4 implants or all teeth on 6 implants depending on the case.

The recommendation is to place 6 implants on the uppers (maxilla) and 4 implants on the bottom (mandible) to hold the dentures in place.

The Dentures can be “Hybrid” or can also be “Full Zirconia”.

The dental code for the Uppers (maxilla) is D6110 and the description would be: Implant/abutment supported removable denture for edentulous arch – maxillary.

The Lower (mandible) has the dental code D6111, and it has the description: Implant/abutment supported removable denture for edentulous arch – mandibular.

Hybrid Denture

The “Hybrid Denture” is made out of 2 different materials that work together.

It has a metal core (gold and palladium) that holds all the forces applied while chewing and has an acrylic top that has the gum part and the teeth. This “core” will preserve the acrylic from being fractured or broken when chewing a beef steak, for instance.

Full Zirconum Denture

The “Full Zirconium Denture” is a one piece solid zirconium denture milled to perfection to fit in your mouth. It is digitally designed with the help of a 3D software and then milled in a Precision Milling Machine.

This process brings a great looking denture that has no metal, but more than enough strength to hold the pressure generated with chewing.
